At Coco Neo Premium Coconut Oil, we take pride in delivering pure, fresh, and carefully packed coconut oil straight from our press to your doorstep.
We know how excited you are to receive your order — and we do our best to make sure it reaches you quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 9:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, courier network issues, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.

  • A nominal delivery charge may apply for smaller orders or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your shipment anytime by visiting www.coconeo.in/track-order and entering your order details.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

  • Is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

  • Is delayed, our support team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve it quickly.

We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Coconeo.in ships only within India.
