Each bottle is carefully packed to ensure you receive only the best quality. However, if something doesn’t go right, we’re here to help you out smoothly.

1. Returns

Since our products are edible and natural, returns are accepted only if the product you received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste, or slight variations in color or aroma — these are normal characteristics of pure, natural coconut oil.

To initiate a return:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returns will be delivered in 10 Business Days.

  • Email us at support@coconeo.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9037322039 with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or video showing the issue.

Once verified, our support team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.

2. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after verification.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment gateway.

3. Replacements

In case you received a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Replacements will be delivered in 10 Business Days.
  • Exchange will be delivered in 10 Business Days.


If the product is out of stock, you can choose between a refund or a store credit for your next purchase.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be done within 1 Day of order placement.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • To cancel your order quickly, please contact us at support@coconeo.in with your order number.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Opened, used, or tampered product bottles

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
